Presenter Bio

Mark began his career as a cadet Mechanical Engineer with the NSW Electricity Commission and he completed his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering at University of Technology, Sydney. After graduation he worked for 6 years a machinery diagnostics Engineer in both Australia and New Zealand - as a contractor to a wide variety of industries, specialising in rotating machinery.

Mark then moved to Tranter Heat Exchangers in a Sales & Engineering role for nearly 3 years, before joining PALL Corporation to work in the filtration business, leading a team of Sales Engineers and servicing predominantly the heavy industrial and mining sector. After nearly 10 years with PALL, Mark then had a sabbatical year before joining Flottweg Australia, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Flottweg SE – a reputable German OEM of centrifugal separation equipment for over 70 years. In his current role Mark is officially the Sales Manager for Australia & New Zealand, however he also directs the technical implementation of Flottweg equipment and manages a fleet of rental equipment.
