15th International Symposium Delegate Registration

Our 15th International Symposium continues the tradition. The ARA Symposia  are regarded worldwide as the leading rendering industry conference, and again this one will not disappoint. 

We have assembled an exciting program, featuring significant industry innovations, presented by the users and suppliers of these innovations, so you really are getting the information straight from the people at the coal face.

Combined with this interesting menu we have included some relaxing opportunities, much like a glass of fine wine to accompany the succulent food.

Full registration which includes all sessions, welcome canapés and drinks, lunches, morning and afternoon breaks, happy hour and gala dinner is just A$1,500 + GST (A$1350 + GST with the early bird special) for members or A$1,650 + GST (A$1485 + GST with the early bird special) for non-members. A Day Delegate package is available for members only at A$800 + GST (A$720 + GST for the early bird special).

Partners and the family will not be forgotten either. Tasmania is one of tourist centres of Australia, and the partner program will not disappoint. From fantastic views over the Derwent River, spectacular  national parks and wilderness areas, forest skywalk, galleries, boutiques, gift shops, lunch and high tea it will be a time the partners will remember. The partners program also attracts the discount for the early bird special.

If you wish to register more than one person including if you are bringing a partner or the whole family, the easiest way to register everyone is to use the group registration option as it will all be on the one transaction. Just enter how many will attend.

All cancellations must be advised in writing to the Executive Officer whose contact details are available on the Contacts page of this website.
Cancellations received by April 30, 2019 will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations between May 1, 2019 and May 31, 2019 will receive a 70% refund.
Cancellations between June 1, 2019 and June 30, 2019 will receive a 50% refund.
Refunds for cancellation after June 30., 2019 will be at the discretion of the committee.

You have the choice of Direct Credit payment, Cheque payment or Online Credit card payment using Visa and Mastercard. A Tax Invoice will be automatically generated and emailed for all valid registrations along with an accommodation booking form which should be returned to the hotel with your details.
